Rates:
- Christmas - $5,200/week
- Easter - $4,400/week
- High Season (Jan., Feb., March, April, June, July, August, Nov., Dec.) - $2,400/week, minimum 3 night stay at $350 per night
- Low Season (May, Sept., Oct.) - $1,800/week, minimum 3 night stay at $250 per night
Rates include first floor and second floor. Less than 3 nights can be negotiated, as can renting only 1st or 2nd floor individually. Pool shared if rented separately. All prices are US Dollars.
