Casa Blanca House Tour
Main House Upper Level (top floor): Large upper level house overlooking breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the Catalina Islands, Flamingo Poin, Flamingo Beach, as well as views of the mountains and the nature reserve where the local Howler monkeys hang out in the morning. The three bedrooms consist of one queen bed, two double beds, and two double futons in the common area. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. Two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and refrigerator/ freezer. AC and ceiling fans throughout. Outstanding views of Pacific Ocean sunsets from top floor. Shaded outside patio on northeast side of house. Full outside balcony deck on west side facing ocean. No inside access between top and bottom floor.
Main House Efficiency Unit (bottom floor): One large room with two double beds and a full bath. Table and chairs, AC, ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster and dishwasher. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. No inside access between top and bottom floor.
Both the upstairs and the downstairs have access to the large swimming pool located just outside the house. The house is located right on the sand with less than fifty feet from your door to ocean.
